“Who works all things according to the counsel of His will” (Ephesians 1:11)
If you’re a saint, your name was written in the Lamb’s Book of Life before the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8). You chose Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior because it was God’s will that you do so (John 1:13). “He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will” (Ephesians 1:4-5).

If God ordained you would come to Christ, He ordained that you would become like His Son. “We know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son” (Romans 8:28).
If God ordained you would become like His Son, He ordained that you would be His witness. “You are the salt of the earth ...You are the light of the world ... Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:13-16). "Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops.  And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father's will.  But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.  Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows” (Matthew 10:27-31).
The secret to overcoming your fear of telling people about Christ is consider yourself dead to the world. “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world - the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life - is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever” (1 John 2:15-17).
