“They gathered (manna) every morning” (Exodus 16:21)

You may not see manna every morning, but if you’re a saint, you know, God provides everything you need. It’s good to consciously acknowledge His daily provision of food, housing, friends, and most important, the leading of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. But saints pray, “Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven” before “Give us this day our daily bread”(Matthew 6:10-11). Saints know, “Godliness with contentment is great gain … And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content”, and “those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare … For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows” (1 Timothy 6:8-10).

If you trust Him, “God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19). God wants you to have enough to share with others. “He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully … God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work” (2 Corinthians 9:6-8).

“Do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind … your Father knows that you need these things. But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you” (Luke 12:29-31).
