“That He may seat him with princes” (Psalms 113:8)

Because we are saints of the most High God, our spiritual privileges are of the highest order. God “made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus” (Ephesians 2:5-6). “Truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ” (1 John 1:3). We’ve been given unimaginable access to God!

“You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people” (1 Peter 2:9). Saints  are in “the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven” (Hebrews 12:22). Saints have the privilege of princes. They’re admitted to royalty when common people must stand far off. The child of God has free access to the inner courts of heaven,  “for through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father” (Ephesians 2:16).

So, “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need” (Hebrews 4:16). “All things are yours … things present or things to come - all are yours. And you are Christ's, and Christ is God's” (1 Corinthians 3:21-23). “Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the end of your faith - the salvation of your souls” (1 Peter 1:8-9).
